The Breach

The Breach is an attempt at a horror game using the Lumen Engine by GilaRPG's. In The Breach, players are trapped in a magical anomaly that aims to devour their souls. To escape, Survivors will have to acquire 10 souls to buy their way out. This will be no easy feat, as souls are only held by the most powerful creatures in The Breach, Monsters.

To gain the necessary strength to fight Monsters, Survivors can embark on Trials to earn all sorts of power ups. Unfortunately, Trials normally only give rewards to one person. If these slow and grueling tasks seem to slow, then Survivors can sell their souls to gain powers other than their starting one.

So enter The Breach, and see if you can get out alive!

Pre-release version

This version of the Breach is not done. It is in a playable state, but there is a good amount of content missing. The current planned updates are:

1. Finish the enemy list. I plan to add 3 more enemies to each group so that there are 6 for each faction.

2. Finish the power list. Much like the enemy list I plan to add 3 more powers to each faction.

3. Add a GM help section. This will come last, after everything has been play-tested. I plan to add a section describing how to make your own Trials and Monsters with tables.

4. Editing. Updates to content to make things more balanced or clear. You know, boring editing stuff.

Possible future updates are:

1. Art. This is more of a when than an if, but it could be a long way out considering my financial situation.

2. A 6th enemy faction. I want to add one, with all the works. The thing is, I don't want to bash my head against a wall trying to force something. So while it seems likely, no promises.

I plan to release an update every month or two, but life may get in the way. I hope you enjoy The Breach, and thank you for giving it a look!
