Class Updates


Well everyone, with the play-testing I've been doing some changes have come to the classes. I haven't put these updates into the PDF yet because I would like to save the next big update for after my current round of play-testing. So, instead here are the changes to skills listed by class. If you have thoughts on these updates let me know!

Engineer: Mark Target Harm increased from 4 to 5

Scientist: Extract has been changed to: Extract: Close/Near. Select a target in range, teleport their weapon to you, or a critical component which deals 3 Harm and Stunning the target.

Scoundrel: Backstab has been changed to: Backstab: Close. You stab an enemy for 3 Harm, and if they die become invisible. You deal double Harm while invisible.

Laser Mine has been changed to: Laser Mine: Near. Leave a mine at a point in range that lasts until it activates. When an enemy Close to it uses a move, it explodes dealing 3 Harm to all Close and Near enemies.

In other news, testing has revealed some flaws in the original design. Nothing that can't be patched but because I don't want to accidentally overcompensate by testing a bunch of fixes at once I have to do it one at a time. Hopefully the testing will get the game more in line with how I want the game to feel in general.
